First and foremost i am an housekeeping supervisor in chicago! There was hair EVERYWHERE at this place ! The carpet was never vacuumed it was crumbs everywhere the tub had water in it and was dirty and hairy the draws had dirt and crumbs in them and the fridge was dirty i took the liberty of going to get cleaning products and cleaning the room myself because i was just so outdone! Also when i arrived i was told i had to pay 75/day for a total of 225 for incidental fees though it was refundable it was never stated on site that i would have to pay 225 then 75 dollars to park what the hell i paid for the room twice basically! Then they didnt even come pick up trash or anything ! Horrible experience and they need to be more detailed about areival fees because i came all the way from chicago with no knowledge of all of that what if those hidden fees made it impossible for me to do anything on me trip!?

I did not like the guy's attitude at the front desk when i was checking in. Plus having a attitude with my mother. I also didn't care for when a lady from the front desk called my room later on in the night telling someone is at the door for and is intoxicated,and that person that was at the door for me wasn't even that intoxicated. The windows look disgusting and the breakfast is very disappointing. I used to love this hotel but it seems it has gone downhill.

Although dog friendly, there wasn’t a designated place to take our pup out to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, couldn’t use any amenities due to COVID, which we understood. However, they wouldn’t provide non-paper dishes in a wet bar room (I.e. glass cups). Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was full of variety and appreciated. Would recommend if needing to be local to things in the neighborhood there.

Great location literally from the Xcel Energy Center and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The front desk staff were friendly and informative. Check in process was smooth and quick. Room was clean. The bed wasn't as comfy as I would like but it wasn't bad.

The location is the only good thing about my stay. The staff sucked for all 4 days. They are very rude and all of them are lazy and careless and definitely not welcoming to my guests and that was embarrassing. I also asked for a vacuum or broom for my room and also offered to clean it myself and was denied access to any cleaning supplies and had to out of my way to buy my own cleaning supplies. I definitely feel disappointed and disrespected considering the price i paid just to check in. I also would like to say i paid the extra cost for my dog and explained to the staff that she had an accident and was still denied cleaning supplies.

First of all, you can't beat the location! Easy access via car and on a bus line. Wonderful restaurants within striking distance. Close to River Center, Landmark Center and the James J Hill Library. The room was comfortable and the staff gracious and friendly. Even though there is no hot breakfast there are plenty of grab and go items including yoghurt and hard boiled eggs, The only issues I had were with the bedding, I had contacted the hotel and was assured there would be a feather free room for me, but when I had gotten in and settled I discovered all 8 pillows in the room had feathers. I alerted the desk and they immediately sent me synthetic pillows. (THANK YOU!!!!) The other issue was with blankets---or lack thereof. Other than a sort of comforter attached to the bedspread, there was no blanket. Even with the heat blasting the room was cold. I ended up buying a throw which did the trick. Other than the easily corrected issues with the pillows and blanket I was delighted and will gladly stay there again---maybe this summer!
