Broken Elevator/ Wrong room/dirty/Disturbance.
Broken Elevator/ Wrong room/dirty/Disturbance. We were not assigned the rooms we booked. They overbooked and moved us to less room than what we paid for!! The elevator is unsafe! Many were stranded in an elevator for more than an hour on several occasions this weekend. Hard to take the steps to the 11th floor only to be stuck in the steps way. The fridge was not clean and the previous guest's leftover drink was left in the fridge. Too many errors and disappointments to list. When I called the Hotel to complain, The elevator issues were blamed on the wedding guest for not following the rules of less than 6 people only for the elevator at a time. The hotel rep also said they are changing ownership so she is not sure when they can refund or compasate me if they decide to. Very disappointed!

Hotel staff preoccupied
Upon check in, the lady at the front counter was on her phone and had to go to 2 different computers to do something to get me check in. I arrived before my family and asked to have a key left for them. I had to be pulled out of a meeting to go to the front desk to show the next person where the key was placed, and the funny thing was, it was right in front of the person. No mention of check out time, meal services, pool hours, etc. we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels even when we called for room service. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Broken Elevator
First we were not assigned the rooms we booked. They overbooked and moved us to another building!! We paid for breakfast at booking m, but the dinning room stared otherwise. Elevator is unsafe! Many were stranded in elevator for for than an hour on two occasions this weekend. Room AC unit was not working, when maintenance came to open the unit, the filter in there seemed like it has not been changed in years! Dust in vent enough to cause lungs issues.

I loved the fact that the room was exactly as it was described; They even provided soap for the dishwasher! The lobby was beautiful and modern, the staff gracious and very helpful.

Staff and food at Art Bar were fantastic. Very disappointed in condition of exterior of property - garbage and abandoned vehicles. Our suite was dated and borderline filthy. Will not be back, and do not recommend.
