It's not cheaper! Get a proper hotel
Arrived to have to ring a number and wait 10 minutes for the reception to be opened. Then, told that it was actually going to cost nearly double the amount quoted on hotels.com as they charge for sheets and a higher rate of tourist tax. Then I spent 30 minutes trying to find a Static caravan in the dark with not a lot of idea where I was going, carrying suitcases and a torch. Accommodation was basic, with a very hard bed and lots of noise from other caravans with loud music and too much drink.

We hadden een 6 persoons huisje geboekt, waarbij duidelijk beschreven stond dat er 6 eenpersoons bedden zouden zijn. We kregen een 4 persoonshuisje. Weliswaar met slaapbank waar 2 mensen konden slapen, maar dat was een soort hangmat. Er waren maar 4 stoelen en het was echt veel te klein voor 5 personen + hond. Het was binnen ook heel erg benauwd. Gelukkig was het maar voor 2 nachten, anders waren we gek geworden! Het restaurant was een belevenis op zich! Er was geen bediening te zien en na een half uur wachten hoorden we dat er geen eten meer besteld kon worden; ze overzagen het allemaal niet meer en het pin apparaat was kapot. Wat een chaos. Wel was er een vrijwilligster die zich uit de naad liep om in ieder geval iedereen van drinken te voorzien. Wat een chaos.

Marina Beach Bungalow
Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in einem Marina Beach Bungalow verbracht. Das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis war ok. Es ist eine günstige Bleibe, allerdings ohne großen Komfort. Es gab ein relativ altes Fernsehgerät mit mehreren deutschen Programmen. Allerdings gab es keine Internetverbindung. Das ist in der heutigen Zeit für viele Leute nicht denkbar - aber sehr ruhig und erholsam :) Wir werden sicher wieder einmal für ein Wochenende dorthin fahren.
