No Bedbugs. 2 out of 5 Stars..
This hotel was a mess… falling down, boarded up, and generally just disorganized. The front desk staff was kind of terse, there was a really strong, bad odor in the lobby and the wait to check in was so long. There was supposed to be a pool but it was closed by order of the environmental services department. Lots of police activity on the premises and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. The room was cleanish, but not great. The tub wouldn’t drain and I ended up pulling a giant clump of hair out of the drain to get it to drain (gross). The sheets were like sandpaper and had a strange smell and my friend and I both got a little rash where our skin touched the bedding. Overall, very disappointing. No bedbugs though, so at least that…

Last minute pick cause I had just got off work
When I arrived I had to wait for security to let me in my room because their key machine was not working..The room also had a few roaches.

Worse Hospitality Experience Ever
This place is a dump. I cant believe Hotels.com even showcases this property. The picture shows grass around the pool its now gravel with probably 20% of which is cig butts. I had a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The carpet was very dirty and stained. Furniture is so worn the varnish is gone. I opened a drawer and cockroaches ran. No fridge, microwave, coffee maker, or blow dryer. Shower wall caved out. Mirrors and windows foggy and smudges including the main lobby. Hand prints and scuffs everywhere. I didnt unpack and didnt get into bed. Slept on top of bed with my own blankets. Front desk staff (only male working that day) was going to make me wait for him to finish 6 checkins to get my room key rescanned because it didnt work. No property front desk in my 40 years of travel been so rude to me. You go get someone from the back to help get keys rescanned you dont dismiss them and even take a reservation over the phone. My dog was in my car and wallet and keys locked in my room. The dude told me to take my dog out of my car. Unbelievable ...upalled...disgusting. That guy will be the face i see when i think of the worst customer service i received. Hospitality not here, cleanliness, no, roaches yes, dirt plenty of it. Rudeness not notch.
