Service was top-notch. Staff are super friendly. Amenities were awesome - we really liked the idea of a communal area on each floor where you can get water, tea, coffee, rice cracker snacks, candies, etc at any time and as much as you want. We always filled up our water bottles before going out and getting a few snacks on our way out to explore for the day. Also we enjoyed the onsen especially the time available to use it as it gave us a lot of flexibility as we would be out for most of the day and being able to access the onsen either really late or really early in the morning was perfect.
