Excellence Oyster Bay is one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. I came here recently for my honeymoon and this place did not disappoint. The whole resort is clean, the food is delicious and I could never get tired of the view. The lobby and our room always smelled so good, I will never forget that scent. I love how the staff always paid attention to details especially if you have any food allergens. I loved it here and I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time visiting excellence oyster bay. We went 4 years ago when it first opened. We really liked it then we liked it even more the second time. Improvements were made for the better, canopy beds, the beach was set up and more appealing, more dining options. Very friendly staff, loved our room and everything about the room was stand out. It’s an elegant resort and everything reflects that. Top notch service. The only thing I would personally change is the gift shop. There is only one located outside of the main entrance. It does not reflect the overall look and feel of the resort. I personally found it overflowing with too much low end, touristy items. I feel this resort should have a much nicer gift shop with items more suited to the ambience of this particular resort. Apart from that one small thing, we had a fabulous trip and would definitely go back for a third time, hopefully for a roof top room with a view. :)

Property was very spacious In the layout was fantastic. Plenty of pools restaurants And areas allowed especially at the excellence clubs. Entertainment was great as well and service overall was Good however I've stayed at other excellence resorts a bit of better service. The food was so so And I would recommend them to improve their top shelf liquor selections as well as heat this one pools as it was quite chilly.

Nothing short of EXCELLENT. We had stayed at the one in Mexico for our honeymoon so decided to try this one out and so happy we did. Top notch customer service, great food at every restaurant, amazing beach, clean pools. The only thing I didn’t absolutely love were the drinks at the pool bars but I’m not a big drinker so this was t a big concern for me. Overall we had a great time here and would be back again. And will also be visiting another one of their locations again this year! Love this chain!
