Great Value For Money
I was delighted with the size of the space, the location of the building in relation to where I was working that week and the amenities. The rooftop pool and area was lovely albeit with zero shaded area which limited mine and I guess most other people's enjoyment under the QLD sun. Quiet and secure with the added bonus of a garbage chute which made for an easy life. On the down side there were a few maintenance issues which included a collapsed couch seat, hook hanging off the bathroom door, no bottle opener :( and internet unsuitable for business Teams calls. All that said I would definitely stay again.

They really gave few towels. Only 4 shower towels and 4 face towers for 3 ppl staying for 4 days. And there were 4 lamps in the room but all lamps have no lightbulbs in it so we could not use any of it. Though the beds were comfortable and the terrace was clean.

Ideal apartment for our 1 day stopover in Brisbane before flying to New Zealand the next day. Chose this apartment as it was close to our daughter. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Check-in was simple and swift.

The late check in process was a nightmare. The communication was not sent to us, we had to call multiple times. And even when we followed the instructions provided we were asked to call a different number at mid night and after a long flight! There was a dead fly in the cutlery drawer, the washer was dirty and the apartment is beat up definitely not a four star. The bed was comfortable though Was disappointed overall.

Late check in was difficult. Following a delayed flight there was a further delay at the hotel of about 15 minutes while attempts were made to find out which room I was to be in. The lighting is terrible - super bright and zingy in the bedroom with no bedside lights. Dishwasher not working. Otherwise clean and reasonably priced.
