We had a great experience staying in this hotel. Staff is nice and helpful; I left my laptop in Wanaca where is an hour drive from QT. The hotel staff helped me to get it back. The room is nice and clean; the view in the room is pretty. Will stay in QT when I am back to Qeenstown.

Location was great and loved the boutique styling of the hotel. The room was great but the bathroom was obviously for a disable person with rails, higher toilet, seat in the shower and it felt like a different room and style to the rest of the room/hotel. There was some construction going in front where you look out to the view of the lake as well.

A high quality quiet modern hotel within walking distance of the busy, noisy centre. Views from the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake are breathtaking. The bedroom was impeccably clean and comfortable.
