    Rooms are owned by separate management companies, not the MGM Grand. Therefore you deal with whatever company owns your room for all issues. When I arrived after booking, my company (AAA Tourism) failed to get my name on the register, I had to go through Expedia to get their information and call them to fix the issue. I couldn't check in early as my room wasn't ready. Even when check in time arrived, I walked into a disastrous room. Called the company again, I was told their cleaning lady was backed up and that it would be another hour. 1 1/2 after check in time I was finally able to get into my room. It was a nice room, but then I learned that daily housekeeping was an extra $25-$40 a day depending upon if I just wanted them to take out the trash (of which there was only one small can in the bathroom), or do a complete refresh of linen and towels. If you are looking for a quiet hotel away from the strip this will fit your needs. If you want to be in the middle of the action, you are a good 10 min walk from the strip or even the MGM Grand itself that I thought would be closer.

    Spent 1.5 hrs with front desk trying to locate owner of this property management company that uses Expedia to list their unit. And no one returned our messages and even front desk tried to get a hold of them as they are a third party company. No one answers just a voicemail. The Signature Collections management didn’t advise the front desk of my reservation out that I was coming nor advise them which unit is the room we were to get. In short poor communication and property was sold out so luckily contacting Expedia they were able to refund me and locate a different hotel for me. Wasted 1.5 hrs with front desk trying to help me. The staff at the front desk was friendly and tried to help to get a room for us at their sister property. Don’t waste your time!

    I was extremely upset and disappointed in my latest experience with CheapTickets and The Signature Suites. I booked 2 rooms at The Signature suites by MGM Grand weeks in advance, received a confirmation and itinerary number. Then when i arrive at check-in at 9am. i’m told that they can’t find my confirmation and to call cheap tickets myself to ask why. When i called CheapTickets about the issue they had me going back and forth with a third party about the reservation. They tell me to come back at 3pm to check-in and it should all be fine. When i returned they still didn’t have my reservation. So here i am again calling for myself and going back and forth with the 3rd party and cheap tickets. The worst part of all comes next when they tell me that unfortunately i cannot check-in because all rooms are booked. That was not only a huge inconvenience, it was so embarrassing! Never have i ever had that happen to me. CheapTickets shouldn’t be working with 3rd parties if they cannot book a room the moment the customer is charged. You should not be taking peoples money and send them confirmations if THEIR ROOM IS NOT CONFIRMED.

    After check in, everything was great!
    Upon arrival, I was told I had no reservation even though I had my Orbitz paper work right there. Long story short, Sabrina, the front desk manager, did an excellent job figuring out the mystery. It took time and patience on both our parts. We so preferred staying at the Signature for our conference at the MGM arena over staying at the MGM Grand. No smoke or casino to walk through every time we had to go somewhere. The pool area is beautiful, but we also got to enjoy the lazy river at the Grand. Overall, you have access to everything at the Grand but without all the "Vegas yuck". It's quieter, has a Starbucks, nice lounge, a kitchen in your room and a beautiful room balcony. Housekeeping was prompt when we needed a couple of things for the room. Staying at the Signature made our stay in Vegas way more enjoyable.

    Terrible stay
    Front desk told us we booked through someone else and we would have to call them for anything we needed. Room comes with 1 bar of Ajax soap 2 travel size shampoo and conditioner for 3 days, if you want your room cleaned or towels or anything else it costs extra, carpets had burn marks in it couch had stains on it, the down comforter did not have a cover on it but instead was wrapped in 2 sheets, which had stains and tears in it, the headboard and furniture in the room were damaged, safe was locked up and was supposed to be addressed the next day and suprise no one showed. There is no room service menu or any other instructional paper work to be found. Was expecting a lot more for $1100 plus dollars very very dissapointing
