The room was actually outside the hotel…. There is no security… it is so dark when you go up… the stairs are dangerous. One of my companions actually slip… the lavatory is stuck, the phone doesn’t work, the wash basin in the bathroom leaks… definitely not a pleasant stay… we left earlier

We like that we left. I would have cancelled but it was not allowed. No water pressure on the shower. Limited hot water. Very uncomfortable bed. Ants/bugs in the room. Restaurant food at the resort is horrible. The whole place/rooms needs to be demolished. Room stinks. Staff is okay. Not worth the money.
