Cold showers
Booked a suite for a nice weekend getaway with my wife. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Very noisy atmosphere. Worst complaint however was our shower did not have any hot water. We informed the front desk, and they didn’t even apologize or offer to move us to a different room. Called Holiday Inn 1-800 number and they didn’t offer to remedy the situation either. Only thing they were concerned about was getting me to sign up for their rewards program. Definitely won’t be staying at a holiday inn ever again.
