Short vacation
I like staying in this hotel. Good location, super friendly staff, clean. I did not try the resturent. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. However, there is one that disturbed me during my stay, the A/C sound was high enough to disturb my sleep. In general, I recommend staying at this place.

It seemed like every time we talked, it offended lady at check in. She was not friendly at all. No welcomes or anything. We booked a suite, which was averagely cleaned. Room carpets had stains and burnt mark. Doors had dirty hand and foot prints mark. Bathrooms had extremely poor lighting and had mold and stains. Overall property location is good. Several restaurants at walking distance. Entrance to hotel was also pristine and nice. Staff definitely needs better customer dealing training and rooms need better cleaning.

This is the second time I’ve been stayed in Western Lamar. The first went awful due to the music annoying until 5 am. They were holding a party in the upper restaurant. I gave them the second try but still I’m not happy with my stay. Please, remember me when you arrive early to the front desk they will offer a big room to pay more to can check you in a few hours before 4 pm. Even though your room is ready and available according to many hotels app. So, they don’t care about you. The restroom smells so bad. For the rest everything went okay.

It is a good hotel in general, good bedroom, good facilities and good breakfast, although no good options for kids, only cereal with milk I found during my 3 days of stay. I don’t give the highest ranking because I noticed that there is musty smell in some locations of the hotel, in special at hall locations. My first night I switched off the A/C because of the room was very cold and it led to that the room became with that musty smell. However if the AC is running and set with the adequate comfort the musty smell is imperceptible. If you want daily housekeeping, you have to hang out the housekeeping card out of the room, otherwise they will never clean your room.

Non trustable receptionist They told me to wait for cleaning my reserved 2 bedroom suite And after we came back the suite was given to someone else without talking to us or even apologizing for the inconvenience When We came back we were in a single bed room suite !!!
