Desk people very friendly and helpful, Great breakfasts. Some shower maintenance not properly managed: need to control functionality before accepting the room.

Very good 8.0
We were there on a Thusday ans Friday night. It is on a very noisy street. Many people moving around from evenings out and a very busy route for ambulances. Ear plugs were the only savior.

Good 6.0
The staff were good but they don't seem to have enough help in the breakfast area. Every morning the eggs were gone, no croissants but people were also making minnie lunches and taking 4-6 of every bun and fruit going.

Lovely clean and modern hotel, near the metro station. Good bedding and towels. Toiletries were very nice and replenished daily. Bottled water on arrival and a fridge in the room. Would have liked a kettle etc.

Modern Hotel, let down by breakfast
The location is fine, near a metro stop, which is currently out of use, the room we had was a good size and at the back so was nice and quiet. The downside to this hotel was the breakfast, possibly, no definitely the worst I've encountered on my travels. The breakfast room is no where near big enough for the size of the hotel and is very warm. A couple of days there was insufficient plates and cutlery. Now onto the food, there was plenty of choice but I'm not sure what some of it was. The scrambled eggs had shell in, sausages were cheap cocktail sausages, there was cubes of something mysterious and then the bacon, well was it? More like facon, see picture. We book hotels based on whether breakfast is included and this was a let down.

Fair 4.0
The price was good but I would not stay at this property again. I question the hygiene of the towels. It’s an off white color which means it’s old, and I found a knot of hair in one of my towels The AC stops working I think by midnight and trying to work with the thermostat was problematic. I had to get the receptionist to turn it on in the morning. For a one night stay, it was do able but would not stay here again. I had ask if I could do a late check out if available and the receptionist said he would look in the system and said no, we are full. I already knew this was not the case, and checked Expedia myself on that date and a single double room was available on the date I requested for a late check out. It wasn’t a big deal but wish he would have been honest and said guests must check out at noon which would have not been an issue with me.
