Nice spot in Boston
Amazing suite walking distance to North Boston Italian district, and lots of restaurants. The only issue was the Bruins were playing the night of my departure, and the night before, all night, crews were loading stages, etc and it was incredibly noises. Awesome apt with washer/dryer and all amenities you would hope for.

Good space, poor service.
We loved the space of the space. We went to use the washing machine the first day (we were a family of 5 traveling for 5 days are were relying on the fact we could do laundry). We called and they came to look and basically said "sorry can't help you - we will look into using another units washer/dryer". We never heard back. Additionally the air conditioning was not working and we called and they were unable to fix.

Yes and No
The location is very convenient! However, the bed is super uncomfortable and its on a pretty cheesy frame. There was a light out in the bathroom when we arrived and there was a towel bar missing from the bathroom wall. Overall, The apartment was cute. They were doing construction in the lobby and one of the elevators was not working. If your plans are to go to the Garden, its a great find.

$$$ a night and we get a sofa sleeper???
Building entrance closed for construction, no warning/notice from Global. Called Global, instructed to walk one block to back entrance in an alley. Had to wait for someone to leave bldg before we could get in. Wandered several halls, finally found a doorman with a laptop sitting in a folding chair next to an elevator. He got us our keys and instructions to our 1 bdrm unit. Really nice place, lots of room, great view. Went into bedroom to unpack, noticed the foot end of the bed was on the floor. The bed frame was broken, clearly known since someone had tried to fix it with packing tape. Called Global again, no one could come until the next day (it was late afternoon). No other units in the area were available, told that since our unit had a couch with a pull out bed, we could sleep on that. For several hundred dollars a night we get a sofa sleeper??? I requested a manager contact me to discuss the situation. Toured around Boston the next day, arrived back at apt at 4:30 ...… and bed still broken. Called Global, told that when maintenance came to fix the frame, the box springs broke. Still nothing available in the area, we could move to an apt on the other side of town. Packed up, called Uber, $59 ride and over an hour in heavy rain to the next apt. The next apartment was nice (studio), concierge Mike was wonderful, but not in the area we wanted to be. Four days later, still no call from Global.

Great unit, poorly maintained
Excellent location in a good apartment building. Convenient access to the T. Poor maintenance on the unit - shower head needs to be replaced, ice maker doesn’t work, and the A/C doesn’t blow cold air.

Bed was made of cardboard and the bed frame was broken at the end of the bed. Overall the rest of the apartment was nice. Check in was also not the most seamless

Bad news, stay away.
There were some serious problems staying at this property. This is NOT a hotel, but apartments owned by several groups. The Global Luxury Suites organization keeps no one at this property. Check in took over one hour. The person at the concierge desk didn't have a key for my apartment, as falsely stated in my messages from Global Luxury Suites. Ultimately I had to call Global Luxury Suites, they sent an email to the property, who then had to get a cleaning person (?) to open the door. The keys were inside - inside the locked room. The towel rack fell off the wall the second I reached for a towel. The ONE towel supplied for a five day stay. No cleaning service is provided during the stay - not mentioned in the reservation information. Dogs everywhere (not mentioned), including dog poop in the elevator. The cleaning person is fine, just what happens in a building with 60 dogs in it. Very sketchy area, street people everywhere. Overall, terrible service, bad experience.

Why stay in a “hotel” when you can be home
I was a little hesitant about staying at the luxury global suites because I didn’t think of it as a traditional “hotel” and I was right, it wasn’t a traditional hotel- IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER! I used the full kitchen and got groceries and ate at home 3 of the 4 nights I stayed! I felt healthier and more at home with this gr at feature! I was also nervous about the check in but it was awesome and smooth and the hotel communication was excellent! I felt very very safe and a lot of the people staying are long term business travelers and they were very very friendly and courteous. It felt more like a very nice clean apartment than a little junky hotel room! I really loved the hotel and will definitely stay again! The gym is nice and while I didn’t get a chance to use the pool it was very beautiful and looked relaxing! Since more people are business travelers the pool was pretty quiet and peaceful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone because it felt more like home than any hotel I’ve been to before. A++

Enjoyed it!
Have stayed at this property, and specifically with this company numerous times. As far as properties like this (bedrooms and full kitchens) in Boston’s north end - it doesn’t really get any better. Comfortable, well furnished, convenient, and the property even has a good gym.

Pros: We were impressed with the location. Across the street were many bars and resteraunts.. TD Garden was a five minute walk. Faniel Hall was a 15 minute easy walk. Apartment was clean, modern, and spacious. Comfy bed and partial view of city skyline. Cons: Front desk was unfriendly! Said to go to our apartment and it would be unlocked. No it wasn't. A janitor helped us out. Front desk did not offer info. that second floor had a 24 hour coffee station free to all residents upon check in. Other :Saturday night receptionists, Sunday, and Monday were all friendly.
