Exceptional
Nice spot in Boston
Amazing suite walking distance to North Boston Italian district, and lots of restaurants. The only issue was the Bruins were playing the night of my departure, and the night before, all night, crews were loading stages, etc and it was incredibly noises. Awesome apt with washer/dryer and all amenities you would hope for.

Good
Good space, poor service.
We loved the space of the space. We went to use the washing machine the first day (we were a family of 5 traveling for 5 days are were relying on the fact we could do laundry). We called and they came to look and basically said "sorry can't help you - we will look into using another units washer/dryer". We never heard back. Additionally the air conditioning was not working and we called and they were unable to fix.

Yes and No
The location is very convenient! However, the bed is super uncomfortable and its on a pretty cheesy frame. There was a light out in the bathroom when we arrived and there was a towel bar missing from the bathroom wall. Overall, The apartment was cute. They were doing construction in the lobby and one of the elevators was not working. If your plans are to go to the Garden, its a great find.

Poor
$$$ a night and we get a sofa sleeper???
Building entrance closed for construction, no warning/notice from Global. Called Global, instructed to walk one block to back entrance in an alley. Had to wait for someone to leave bldg before we could get in. Wandered several halls, finally found a doorman with a laptop sitting in a folding chair next to an elevator. He got us our keys and instructions to our 1 bdrm unit. Really nice place, lots of room, great view. Went into bedroom to unpack, noticed the foot end of the bed was on the floor. The bed frame was broken, clearly known since someone had tried to fix it with packing tape. Called Global again, no one could come until the next day (it was late afternoon). No other units in the area were available, told that since our unit had a couch with a pull out bed, we could sleep on that. For several hundred dollars a night we get a sofa sleeper??? I requested a manager contact me to discuss the situation. Toured around Boston the next day, arrived back at apt at 4:30 ...… and bed still broken. Called Global, told that when maintenance came to fix the frame, the box springs broke. Still nothing available in the area, we could move to an apt on the other side of town. Packed up, called Uber, $59 ride and over an hour in heavy rain to the next apt. The next apartment was nice (studio), concierge Mike was wonderful, but not in the area we wanted to be. Four days later, still no call from Global.

Good
Great unit, poorly maintained
Excellent location in a good apartment building. Convenient access to the T. Poor maintenance on the unit - shower head needs to be replaced, ice maker doesn’t work, and the A/C doesn’t blow cold air.
