Terrible!!!! Picture Trickery!!
The photos online of the property do not look anything like what it is! This place is rundown, filthy, and smells like urine. The pools were all overrun by children splashing and screaming/crying the entire time! The elevators took an average of 10 minutes to go up or down, with everyone packed in like sardines (even with Covid) because no one wanted to wait another 10 minutes! Tried to call front desk over and over and no one ever answered and then when prompted to leave a message, it said mailbox full!! Very dissatisfied that Hotels.com would post these pictures to sell rooms, when no one would stay there had they known the real conditions of the place! Everyone there that we spoke to was complaining as well! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

The resort is extremely amazing, the only downside is the lack of customer service at the front desk and wait. Overall, we will be back.

Elevators will drive you crazy!!
The property and the room was fine but the elevators services the entire 41 floors and it was booked to capacity. We were on the 19th floor..it was bananas!!

The rooms were filthy. The lines for the elevator and the front desk were ridiculous. The beach bar was pathetic. No menus no signs not stock! You had to wait a very long time for any kind of service. I felt like I spent the majority of my time waiting in line!

The worst experience I ever had. Don’t know how are people still going there. Never coming back. Elevators were never available. They knock my door at 10.00am to kick me out. No towels in the pool. They ran out! A pretty place and awfull service.

Had to clean the room when we first arrived!! Rooms are nice but not maintained at all!!! Floors were dirty, sticky, and haven’t been cleaned in months. Shower had mildew, sand and hair in it. Front desk avoided us. We had to go buy Clorox, mop and broom to clean ourselves. Only reason we stayed was because we prepaid for the week and the front desk would not refund. They rationed toilet paper and towels. Blood staines on floor and walls. Found New Years Graffiti from 2018 when we swept and mopped (Its 2021). Could be nice hotels with better management and maintenance. Will avoid staying here again.
