Small but effective
The rooms as you would expect for the price and especiually the very lively location (big positive) are in the 'hub' category i.e. very small but effective for an overnight stay for a single occupant - only downside was a leaking the room which despite the hotels 'oh its fine' meant a relocation after some persuasion.

Worst experience we have had. I don’t recommend
The worst hotel experience we have ever had. The staff did not care about our experience, only about making money. I have traveled all through UK and Europe for over 2 months and this was the WORST staff and hotel I have experienced. We asked to check in an hour earlier than normal, since we just came straight from a 14 hour travel day. They ended up giving us a room that did not have AC during a weekend when London had an extreme heat wave. We asked if we could change rooms and they said no. Asking to check in 1 hour before normal check in time is not a crazy ask, nor is asking for a room with air conditioning. We slept with the windows open but since this hotel is in a busy part of town - people were partying until 6:30am. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Lovely clean & modern, even the tiny room.
Stayed in their little windowless room as it was cheap and great location and the rest of the establishment looked lovely. The room was tiny as expected but the bed was large (went from wall to wall) and comfortable, and the en-suite was modern and clean. No window meant no sunshine waking us up too early and no noise from the streets outside either. The room was perfect for just sleeping in. Staff all very friendly and nice atmosphere to the main bar area.

Great one night stay, room was small with no windows but really no windows were a blessing as it was so quiet, you wouldn't know it was the middle of Soho. Bed was comfy and shower was excellent. Loads of places to eat on the doorstep and we were 5 mins walk from the show we went to see. Definitely would stay again

Avoid!!
Absolutely awful from start to finish. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The service is appalling. The room is pokey and outdated. There’s a 10 minute walk down the street to another building to find your room, and a hike up six flights of stairs with no lift. We visited on the hottest day of the year and there was no air-conditioning. We left the hotel and found another one as there was no alternative room available. Even though we didn’t stay there, we were refused a refund. We managed to find another hotel for half the price which was 100% better with friendly, helpful staff
