This is a great hotel to stay at. My husband and I had a great time there. The only disappointment we had was in breakfast and lunch buffet. It was the same menue everyday and catered for one type of visitors.The cuisines should be versatile. Still a beautiful hotel.❤️

Beach was beautiful with all the starfish, ferry conveniently close if you need to go into town but don’t want to drive! Staff friendly with smiles ready to answer any questions you might have! Nice simple options with breakfast & dinner provided (drinks for dinner not included). As a solo traveller, felt safe and would definitely visit again. Thanks for a great week!!

The adult section of the property was very nice. I do wish there was staff that spoke a little more English it was sometimes difficult to understand. Although o used a translator i was still able to communicate. Staff was friendly and very attentive.

What I liked most, it literally the quaintest little bungalows on the most lush grounds ,manicured to the tee. Breakfast and Dinner were include in the price and I felt is was very reasonable for the total cost of the resort. Not many options for pescataruian/vegan diet but the other people seemed to enjoy the meals and entertainment. It was a relative older crowd , not many young people.

We were close to the front desk building, was super nosing early the morning and late at night. On the buffet for breakfast and diner, the personnel were awful, not even good morning / thanks... food was very basic and not the best.

We stayed in the Grand Kay building. Room spacious, the walls badly need fresh paint and the matress was worn-out. Nice tropical landscaping throughout the property but the poorly insulated balcony door did not keep the resident moskytoes outside. The half-board was OK but nothing spectacular, dinner started at 7pm which was a bit too late to our taste. Beach OK with quite a lot of seagrass in water. Excellent location for the ferry to the capital. Staff very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay from day 1. We felt welcomed. The food had many options. The buffet changed every dinner. A big shoutout to the staff, they made the difference. From the staff at the restaurants, René at the bar, Léa the hotel concierge People in charge of the chairs, towels, waiters and waitresses, we don't have all your names but thank you. :) Staff stayed during the tropical storm to feed us, and took care of us, We really appreciate your dedication. No Ferry’s to Martinique on Sundays

Had a Sunday check in. The island is only available by boat . No ferry’s on Sunday. Hotel could’ve let me know. Was charged for a room I was unable to access .

Die Anlage ist eigentlich sehr schön angelegt, aber das bringt leider nichts wenn ringsum in den Zimmern mit Presslufthammer etc.die Böden rausgerissen werden!! Wie kann man auf die Idee kommen mitten im Betrieb die ganze Zeit so ein Lärm zu machen.5 fache Beschwerden brachten nur geringfügige Verbesserung.Wenn man dann auch nicht Ernst genommen wird und man mehrfach reklamiert ist das unzumutbar.Ein Preisnachlass erhielt man dafür auch nicht und verwies an Expedia, weil darüber gebucht wurde. Ich rede hier nicht von Billigunterkünften sondern von 285€ / Nacht mit Halbpension (Doppelbett). Getränke: ein grosses Bier 8 €- ist für ein einheimisches Getränk auch kein Billigsngebot. Essen: als Vegetarier hat man verloren, da es keine Hauptspeisen für Vegetarier gibt.Also muss man sich an simplen Salat und Reis haltwn die es als Beilage gibt. Generell wird die kreolische Küche beworben, aber wo sind die dafür bekannten typischen Gewürze geblieben??? Das Management macht hier markante Fehler, wofür das Personal sicher nichts kann.

Un séjour très agreable

Avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour .Le personnel était fort aimable , l'hôtel très bien situé sur une plage agréable pourvue de parasols et transats .Les repas au restaurant o deck nous ont aussi satisfaits.la navette ferry pour Fort de France est aussi sur place .Bref très bon choix pour finir notre séjour en mode farniente ( des excursions sont possibles aussi à proximité )

On nous a assigné une chambre standard horrible, toute petite, dans un bâtiment isolé, avec vue sur les toits de tôle du voisinage. Moyennant un supplément, nous avons été relocalisés dans une chambre premium, petit chalet bien situé, et très confortable. Il faudrait donc être plus précis dans la description des chambres sur votre site.

Peut mieux faire.

Accueil réception correct mais premier couac le personnel n'a pas la liste de toutes les réservations du jour(faites sur Hôtels.com ). Il a fallu partir à la recherche du personnel qui pouvait donner l'information. Second problème en arrivant dans la chambre attribuée il y avait qu'un grand lit. Lors de la réservation c'était spécifiquement une chambre à 2 lits qui était proposée. Retour à la réception changement de chambre. Constat: les lits sont faits mais le sol n'avait pas été nettoyé et le réfrigérateur, porte ouverte, n'a pas été mis en marche. (J'ai fait la remarque on me dit non "on ne met pas le réfrigérateur en marche..") Depuis quand cette tâche incombe t-elle au résident? Une chambre premium de surcroît ! J'ai eu l'occasion de réserver par le passé une chambre "normale " je n'ai jamais eu à faire cela. Je n'ai pas loué dans un airbnb!! D'autre part lorsque l'on lorsque l'on vous annonce dinner buffet et que vous avez uniquement de la paëlla ...bonjour les dégâts pour les personnes allergiques aux fruits de mer ! Lorsque jai fait la réflexion, le personnel était très étonné. La personne me répond qu'en prrincipe il devait y avoir 2 viandes et du poisson. Le personnel en c des menus n'était peut-être pas au courant. Les salades étaient en quantités restreintes. C'est fort dommage car l'hôtel est implanté sur un site sympa les jardins sont beaux. Pas de nuisances sonores. Le personnel est dans l'ensemble accueillant. Mais de grâce construisez un parking !!!

Établissement de bonne qualité. Propreté et literie correctes. Mais… buffet de la 1/2 pension indigne d’un 3 étoiles : grosse bouffe et si le poisson pouvait sauver l’honneur, très vite pris d’assaut et non renouvelé.. Impression de manger dans un hangar surchargé et bruyant.. Dommage..
