Not fancy but sufficient for an overnight
The guesthouse is a slight step-up from a hostel. The rooms are private, the linens were clean, and the bed was comfortable, though the floor could've used a vacuum. There was a great mirror in the room so you could do a lot of getting ready in the room. There are only two single bathrooms, each has a toilet and a shower. I left really early, but it could be problematic getting ready if the guesthouse was full. The bathroom could've used a cleaning and the shower didn't drain, but it wasn't horrible. I did not use the kitchen, but the common area seemed comfortable and clean when I walked through. Check in and out was a breeze. This was great for a quick overnight, I had only a short number of hours between flights at KEF. Too many to stay at the airport but not enough to go to Reykjavik, and I didn't have schedule for a full stopover. The taxi was a bit expensive, about $28 USD, so its not as close to the airport as advertised. It took a good 20 min to get there.

Good Place for Overnight
This is a real basic place. Self checkin. Small rooms and shared WCs & Showers. If. If the price works go for it.

This hostel is a really good place to stay, doesn’t have bunk beds so you can sleep well. The only concern might be shared bathroom, but it’s okay, I didn’t really mind it. The place is super clean, in front of it you can find 24hr store. Although in Iceland you need to buy alcohol in one store that they have. Keflavík is a really beautiful village. You can get to the hostel taking a taxi or just walk from the airport (it’s a trail), it’s super easy to get there unless it’s raining ☔️ Thank you so much for hosting me!

You can't call it a kitchen otherwise good
Although the place was clean, great location, and generally nice, modern and tidy, the web site states it has a kitchen. Bit it's a dining area with a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. We bought pizzas on our way then abandoned them and had to eat out instead which we hadn't budgeted for. I've emailed BGB suggesting they amend their description but have had no response. Was hoping for a reply before I posted this review but as yet, nothing.
