The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind and accommodating. The room was compromised by dirty socks left in the corner of the room and our dog found immediately. That has never happened before and grossed us out a little. Art was kind and responsive and gave breakfast vouchers. We were grateful to have a hot cooked, takeout breakfast in our room. The room was dated and bed not as comfortable as other HOliday inns we have stayed in. But it was quiet and we were tired so we were grateful for a safe stay. Seemed like the outer doors were open? Not sure if they got locked to limit entry. Just another suggestion.
