This hotel has such an amazing view of the pyramids, the building is great with a very pretty garden. The room were a touch small for non-couples and the twin beds were a bit too close to each other. But overall, it was such a great experience and very highly recommended

Amazingly unique experience! Waking up to the pyramids right our window each day was awe inspiring. The hotel itself is filled with history, you'll want to spend some time exploring. It also has all the modern amenities you could want, and the staff was fantastic. Highly recommended and hope to visit again one day!

Best location in Africa
This hotel has the most amazing location in all of Africa. It is a shame, though, that the pool area has been moved to the back of the hotel. I stayed at Mena House in 2005, and at that time the pool was between the hotel and the Pyramids, so you could have the view of them from there. The "new" (I understand it is 10 years old) pool, is however, huge and very nice. Only negative comment is the choice of restaurants. It would be nice with more choices.

Best unique location for pyramids view. Breakfast & dinner at the hillside of the pyramids is priceless. Two weeks since my visit, I still remember the pyramids view and the restaurant waitress good morning with big smile.

The facilities were quite dated and the toiletries were half used/opened when we checked in. We did not feel completely at welcome or at home whilst we were there although majority of the service staff were lovely.
