Loved It!!
Room was huge, bed was comfortable and view was superb. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was superb. Only minor point of improvement would be to provide a tea towel in the kitchenette area to be able to dry the dishes (which were kindly washed by the housekeeping staff). Loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Pleasant stay.
I have a wonderful stay during my time here. However there are few things that bother me. 1st the shower. The water pressure not very pleasant. And somehow the temperature of the shower change as it please. 2nd. The parking, its quite far to reach the hotel reception. Even though there is lift, but if you have many bags it will be soo irritating. 3. The room service. Unfortunately, the room service only start at 12pm. Besides that, i have a pleasant stay. The view is amazing, the room is wide, there is mini pantry with all the need equipments. The bed, pillow & linen very comfortable. Not to forget the large tv screen. Thank you!

Stayed fir a couple of nights and found the room clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the rate was very competitive. Sadly there was no mention of the fact that due to Covid precautions there was no F&B facilities after 4pm each day. I appreciate the extraordinary circumstances and how difficult it is for the hospitality industry at the moment, but I think omitting to describe the abnormal arrangements with F&B was poor.

I was asked to change room due to confinement. I was given a room one floor up of my original room with no windows despite promised to go to 50th floor with similar layout but then they could not put me in a better room! I am staying here for more 6 weeks and another 17 days to go in a room without much windows! This is so ridiculous! If i can get out of here i would unfortunately due to on lockdown i could not move anywhere. I would not come back here even i stay here in the last 3 years twice a year and one month each time! What a good servise

Stunning views from our 45th floor room that showcase Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is gorgeously appointee with art throughout that is world class, the restaurant was mediocre for food and service . The highlight of the hotel is certain staff like Daniel the bellman / porter who was incredibly professional, detailed with service and great suggestions where to visit in the city, the service of his is comparable to a Luxury 5 star hotel where is was always smiling , fast and just truly lovely.

Great location. Bed and Shower were amazing! Great to have a Microwave and Freezer in the room. A concenience store is hidden just around from the entrance. Only down side was the pool was closed. Looking forward to staying again!
