很友善的住宿環境，接待人員很親切客氣，也很體諒老人家的不方便。唯一小小的遺憾是隔壁訪客說話比較大聲，在電梯的公共走道講話，房內聽到很大聲，這可能也是住宿業者無法控管的事情。
