      Good, not great

We checked in, everything was great until we got to the room and realized that our room did not have a balcony which the description said we would. So we went to the desk twice and were told that all of the rooms with balconies were taken. I went a third time and finally one of the workers explained that the rooms with balconies were booked until Sunday morning and that they could move us that day. He even went as far to come knock on our door Sunday to remind us that we could move to a different room. Which was great. So aside from that hiccup, some of the towels were not cleaned properly. But overall out of a 10, I’d give the stay a 6.8

      Low class hotel

This hotel requires you to put $100 cash down for a deposit. If you don’t have cash you have to pay ATM fees. It’s the most low class place I’ve ever seen, I feel gross after staying here. Checked out as early as I could. Avoid.

Inside room was nice, outside was a little ghetto but room great but ad didn’t mention have to have cash for the deposit, not a credit card but actual cash. Most places demand a credit card. Little irritating when you travel all day and hotel ad doesn’t mention that credit cards are not sufficient to check, especially when you paid for room in advance and they aren’t going to refund your money if you have to go find a place that takes credit cards.

The actual room itself was amazing and remodeled. Getting to the room was a nightmare of construction and not so desirable people hanging out around and in the property.

      Hotel room

It was not the best in regards of clean. The shower was so dirty, had hair, soap spots, and what looked to me as dirt. The customer service was good.

      Needs Major Improvement Within Management

First I Wass Charged 3 Times Outside Of What I Was Told & Booked On I Called & Spoke To A Front Desk Clerk To Assure I Would Still Have My Reservation Since I Would Be Arriving Late & Was Told & Assured I Was Totally Ready For My Stay… $50 A Day CASH Deposit.. Was Totally Fine With That As I Was Staying 2 Days.. $100 Promised Pay At Check-in. I Get There & The Lady At The Desk Tells Me I Need $250 Cash Deposit & A Resort Fee For Multiple Days.. No Huge Problem, But I Was Told Something Else When I Called. I Leave After Traveling 8 Hours On A Plans To Find An ATM Come Back With The Total She Tells Me.. She Then Says A Whole New Total, Blames The First Lady For Being New, Has MAJOR Attitude & Blames ME For Not Knowing What To Pay!! Hotel Is Broken Down & Has A Lot Of Work That Needs To Be Done. Rooms Smell Of Mildew & Air Conditioners/Heaters Barely Work. The ONLY Somewhat Pleasant Part Of The Hotel Is The Pool & Even It Could Use Some Updating. Save Your Money & Stay At A Better Spot Folks!!

      It was cool

Had construction going on. But the side that is fully done was pretty clean sinks and showers were very clean. Cleaning staff 24 hours. Front desk very nice. Again this is not the Venetian. Bye it is a stable clean hotel room seems like a new buyer bought it and he’s fixing it up. Who could be a little bit more clean. But pretty OK.
