The carpets were extremely dirty, stained, gross on all the floors and the swimming pool was dirty also, the water was green like a pond

Great experience in Jeju with this hotel
Perfect for staying in Jeju! Close to amazing restaurants and of course, all the Jeju has to offer. Staff were friendly and rooms were spotless. Loved my view of the sea from the balcony--definitely splurge for an ocean view room! Laundry facilities and gym were great and loved how convenient everything was. Will definitely recommend to other travellers!

Lots of Room for improvement in hospitality
The harbour view family room’s picture on hotels.com page is misleading. The housekeeping service is not in service after 3:30pm because the staff is off duty!!! Even if there was any contingency, the concierge could not offer any help!!! Last but not least, the breakfast buffet is almost the same with little variation for a week...

Convenient and comfort hotel
Overall was good. Convenient to go to the shopping and dining areas. The bed and shower were comfortable. Hotel car park spaces were not enough but outside hotel could be the supplement for free.

Good location, well-decorated score 8 out of 10
Front desk service need to improve. Amenities mentioned on the website such as bathrobe were missing. Phoneline weren't working well so we had to go front desk to request for extra towel and pillow was told 10 to 15 min but din turn up eventually.

A very clean hotel with good location to restaurants and groceries. Will stay in this hotel again if I am back to Jeju. One of the front line staff can’t really communicate well . When I call the Housekeeping service, the self help is in Korean and I don’t understand !

Ocean front balcony room was fine, windy in Oct.
The carpets in the corridors were in poor shape. They should be replaced as they were stained and worn. Pool was closed for renovation. Restaurant service had limited options for vegetarians but what we ate was tasty if somewhat pricey.
