Overall pretty good
Overall happy with our stay. Checkin, checkout and communication during the stay was helpful and easy. Our apartment was modern with a balcony overlooking a great view of the city skyline. Generally pretty quiet apart from occasional helicopter noise from nearby hospital. The pool area was great although the spa was “closed for essential maintenance” all 5 days of our stay. The apartment had everything we needed including washing machine and dryer. A few more towels and more toilet paper would have been good for a 5 night stay given the apartments are not serviced during the stay. There is a basic IGA within walking distance but we didn’t find a supermarket nearby. Cleanliness was ok - there is a bit of wear and tear, and some more attention needs to be paid to some aspects - there were fingernails in the bedside table and the sink and shower in the bathroom needed a good scrub - there was mould/discolouration in the sink and the shower floor was very slippery with slimy scum when first used. If that was resolved, I would be happy to recommend.

A neat and tidy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, although there was some traffic noise if you were facing Flemington Road (ask for one facing Blackwood St if you're a light sleeper). Very good value and the accommodation manager was excellent. Nice pool area which was surprisingly warm (heated).
