Every employee at this resort went above and beyond their needs to make sure everything was accommodated for my vacation

Focus on cleanliness and covid safety was excellent, and the quality of all-inclusive amenities were beyond what we imagined. The staff were very helpful and always attentive.

Would stay here again and would recommend to everyone going to PV. Great time, great staff, great location!

The room was very clean with a great view. Nice and cool in your room but anywhere else in the hotel is a steam bath. The food at the restaurants was very disappointing and the service was hit & miss. The hostess Mayra was very charming. Pool was great along with the beach water was crystal clear. Valet and cleaning staff were awesome and check in and check out was quick and easy.

Because this hotel has a time share attached to it, when you first arrive they push the timeshare. They even tried to hold our luggage until we sat down and talked to them. We said Not Interested and took our own luggage to the room. Once that was done, no issues anymore. You must Just Say No ! Otherwise everything was very nice. Check the evening dinner schedule with the concierge to know what the specialty restaurant is serving each evening - it changes. One night Italian, the next Seafood... Also, as a Bonvoy member I get free internet in the room but they tried to charge me, saying that offer was only good if I booked direct with them (not thru hotels.com) I pushed the issue and they finally gave it to me. We went All Inclusive, but not sure it is worth it because we ate offsite many nights and food and drink are so cheap that next time we will not do All Inclusive.

Loved this hotel! Their staff made sure that our stay was comfortable and had what we needed. The hotel was super clean and was following the guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid. Everyone was wearing a mask. We bought the all inclusive package and the food was excellent. We ate at the Villita and the staff treated us like kings every time. This hotel is very close to downtown Vallarta.
