Exceptional 10.0
Perfect and unique hotel
Our first time to MEX we were there for NYE. The check in was quick and easy. The front desk spoke English a plus and was very courteous and accommodating. This hotel is very unique and has a artsy layout. The building is beautiful. Oscar in the restaurant was great and made us perfect omelets every morning! If your American and going here ask them how to lock the room door, it’s different and we had a great laugh MrBlackPilot

Beautiful Place in Mexico City
Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast spread was great! The room was beautiful with lots of natural light. I would definitely recommend this hotel! The area was also perfectly situated amongst the hustle and bustle.

Poor 2.0
We made a reservations months ahead, when we arrived to the hotel they “said” that the credit card couldn’t be validated before our arrival , so they drove us to another hotel with the same name away from the Zócalo where we wanted to stay . They promise to transfer us the next day. It was upsetting, they may have oversold their rooms. We decided to use the room for that night and move to another hotel for the following days.

Good 6.0
I checked out 2 hours late as the Turibus took a long time due to traffic conditions. Even though I called to let them know, upon arrival to the hotel, they charged me $1,000 pesos for it, claiming that’s the half day until midnight cost I would have to pay for late Chekout. Then they said the half day cost only covers me until 6pm of that day, then they said that if I pay cash pesos would be cheaper then paying credit card. Thieves! Fishy service! Service not so good! They need to give us a credit for another night to compensate their bad service!

Very good 8.0
Great but noisy on weekend with roof top bar music
This hotel was great, new design and cool architecture. Only bad thing was the roof top bar loud music echo'd through the hotel and hard to sleep with booming music until late at night.

Great place
Excellent place, really good overall, nothing bad to say, expect that if you like rooms with windows, this is not the place for you. But it is absolutely 100% worth the stay.

Fair 4.0
Nice hotel, but loud music = would not stay again
Hotel itself was great - in a central location - although the pool and rooftop bar were under construction and it was sort of strange because they told us about them on check in and we only found out when we tried to use them. My big complaint is that the hotel had a DJ/band playing in the atrium of the hotel that was VERY loud from the rooms playing house music as if we were in a club. We thought this would stop at 9 or 10 pm, but it went on past midnight! We could not believe it since it was a Wed night and we had to leave at 4 am the next morning for an early flight. We got no sleep!
