The receptionist were all very nice and kind. The cleaning lady also was very sweet. I felt very relaxed with the staff. The room is clean and the whole air freshner in the hotel was so good to smell :) The only problem was when i called the room service the lady didnt know how to speak english and didnt understand what i wanted really, which is uncceptable in such a hotel and chain. The location is great, central and close to the sea. I would come back again if i have a discount :)
