Restourant bulvar . All maine olaces to see. Apartment is modern saeft all is camera. In the hall in the eleveitor. Good place. Friendly envairoment.

1 of the best stay ever. My guest was happy. We booked from tourist aganecy and all was. Service apartment envairoment . In the sea wiev . Best option ever. Where I have been. Owner was very helf all . His name is mamuka ( mahmud) HE gave is all advace and good information. Apartment is very safe. Camera is evry were. You can feel very comfortable and safe all the time. I am happy that I choose "orbi luxury aprtment " amaizing place. Near is many good envairoment. Supermarket many restaurants Georgian, international , Turkish , Arabic, MC. Apartment has parking. Is very safe. Room is modern with sea wiev . Apartment has all facility what you need. Washing machine , microwave, fridge, kattle .TV . Internet and Wi-Fi. There is 24 houers reception and security. Room is woth sea wiev. First line of the sea. In the apartment they explaine me evrything abput the city. Good place where to go. Gave me good tourist information.

Very good stay. The views were amazing. Clean, very up to date property. I enjoyed my stay. They could have sound proofed the walls as the walls were paper thin. A remedy to this is maybe don't have guests stay next to each other in close proximity. The staff were very helpful. I would stay at this property again. My stay at Batumi was a very good experience. Would like to visit again.

amazing place. it was more than i expected
very clean apartment. with great sea view from the balcony and from the apartment. 2 minutes to the sea . very close to all the mane attraction in batumi. very good condition apartment includes everything, washing machine, fridge, flat screen TV. WIFI, hire dryer, iron, all necessary equipment. very helpful stuff. good environment. i really enjoy in this apartment. i recommend to everyone.

Assolutamente da evitare!!! Abbiamo fatto la prima notte e richiesto il rimborso.! Abbiamo aspettato 2 ore per il check in... l’appartamento aveva una camera in meno rispetto a quanto prenotato. Clima non funziona. Sporco e senza kit asciugamani. Pessimo. Non ha assolutamente nulla di luxury. Da evitare
