Ok for the price
Hotel is nice. Breakfast was not fantastic variety was quite boring. Housekeeping was slow and late. Cleanliness of toilet wasnt so good. The toilet bowl sear was shaking, there was quite a bit of mould in the silicones. Toothbrush bristles get stuck in bwt the teeth when you use it. Bedsheets had holes. Rooms are big.

Glorious Ao Nang gem of a hotel
We love this hotel and can't see why it isn't a 5 star resort. It looks exactly like the photos and more. We had one of the whirlpool rooms and it was more than worth the extra paid - the whirlpool is a lot bigger than it looks on the photos too! Both pools are wonderful with the upstairs pool being a bit more serene and adult focused. Nothing like a cocktail in the rooftop pool or at the downstairs swim up bar. They strike the perfect balance of family friendly without being totally focused on children's activities. Breakfast was glorious! It's also very close to the beach, shops and markets.

Lovely hotel in Krabi
Stayed for four nights in a room with private pool, and then final night in Krabi in room with outdoor bath/pool. Lovely hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. If we ever return to Krabi, will definitely have the Panan hotel on the list to stay again, Thank you! :-)

Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Hotel amenities look good and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was complimentary and had pretty good spread. Location was good and within walking distance to Ao Nang beach and longtail boat services.
