We had an amazing experience! The place was gorgeous. Beautiful architecture and decorations. It was so nice to be able to speak in Spanish or English with the owner Mrs Fatima and the staff! They were absolutely amazing and super nice and treated and welcome us like family. The place is super clean and the house keeping staff wonderful. Take it from me being a house keeping manager and having high levels of cleanliness and service. They were a 10. One thing we learned and wish we knew since they were so knowledgeable was actually booking tours with them. They have a variety of tours that they can customize to your preference. I did like the location it felt safe, relaxing and quiet. They made us an authentic Morrocan dinner that was healthy and delicious and their breakfast was really good every morning. The airport transport was also great and easy. Also they offer spa services like the Hammam which I highly recommend. I will definitely come back to this Riad.

Property is in residential area so yes it is quiet, down side is it is so out of the way that taxi drivers do not know the location of this Riad. We carried the name and address of the Riad, plus google map showing Riad location, all taxi drivers we found had to call the Riad to get direction. Some simply refused to take us. BTW you DO have to take taxis to all major attractions, including the Médina. Fatima was a nice and helpful hostess but not always reliable ... promised to give us travel advice at 9:30am but never showed up until we had a worker woke her up from bed at 10:30am. Also the phone line did not work the day we checked out which meant we couldn’t use credit card. Had to walk out via dark side streets to the main road at night to get a substantial amount of cash f on an ATM. Not a pleasant experience. Apparently, according to Fatima, problem with phone line happens quite often, so be prepared. Overall, the stay was ok but I would recommend somewhere in old Fes.

Bad location, nothing within walking distance. Pushy staff trying to up sell tours with their commissioned partners. Bathroom was very outdated - shower sprayed everywhere and terrible pressure. Not a typical riad with a beautiful courtyard. Towels felt like sandpaper. Bedroom was nice and wifi worked well.

This is a beautiful Riad. With it’s gorgeous roses outside, to the most welcoming owner inside. The ambiance is breathtaking. A wonderful display of a traditional Moroccan home. I’m impressed with how well they were able to speak our languages. They were very helpful with anything we needed. I love that we had a common living room area to relax in, other than our bedroom. Breakfast in the morning was very traditional, homemade and delicious. This is such a beautiful place that I highly recommend someone to go see.
