Place is great, service is not so good
Location was perfect and the apartment was great. The only thing we didn't like was how rude one of the ladies was via email, I asked if we could do an early check in, with a "sorry we are full" would of been fine but she was quite rude and said I should of booked one extra night ( night before ) which makes no sense considering I was landing at 9 am saturday so why would I book friday night? Also I think they should do a bed sheet change for long stays like ours.

The place is very clean and very comfortable to stay. It is located in the CBD so there are plenty of food choice. It is walking distance to most places. Check in and check our processes are efficient. Highly recommended.

Decent flat in good location with nice view. Flat is modern with nice bedding and good level of equipment in the kitchen, grocery shop is also round the corner on Elizabeth Street . Building is secure and mostly filled with Chinese students who are quiet. Located well for trams and main stations. My only complaint would be checkin process is not so easy as it's off-site but still close. Be aware this office can shut so check when you are arriving. You can leave your bags with them - early 10am Check out :( for a fee. Overall a nice 10 day stay.

The stay was ok, I just thought the couch and rug was quite “tacky”. The couch was very uncomfortable and the rug slid around everywhere. Also there weren’t a big selection of kitchen utensils. But the stay was good enough.
