Absolutely amazing hotel. Beautiful grounds and building in a nice, quiet part of the neighborhood, but still so walkable and close to churches, museums, restaurants, etc. Cherish at check-in gave us some great recommendations for food nearby. Had some of the best baked goods I've ever had at breakfast each morning, and had the most beautiful and delicious cocktails and spritz from the bar in the evening. If we come back to the city, we'd 100% want to stay here again.

Hotel Horto Convento is a bit away from central Florence, but we found it to be a great place to unwind and recharge. It was quiet and tasteful. The staff members we interacted with were always upbeat, pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day and were done early in the day so we never had to worry about bumping in to them while they were cleaning the room if we happened to stop back at our room in the afternoon. Cherish at the front desk was always smiling and she was very helpful whenever we asked for her help. We loved the hotel and would stay here again.
