Staff issues

Some of the staff were super nice but some would need some training on how to treat paying customers. The lady checking us on breakfast on first morning of our stay questioned us several times if we really had paid even though we showed her the receipt first time. She made us feel like we were not welcome. Hotel’s best feature was big and clean rooms.

Ignore the negative comments, this is angriest place to stay. The staff are wonderful and so helpful, the breakfast is good, rooms are nice and location is perfect. I saw comments about the lifts, this is only for the car park, the general lifts are fine and I had no issues at all. So all in all a great place to stay and I would be back for sure.

While the maintenance team promptly came up and fixed the issue, I was disappointed that no one followed up with me afterward to check on my well-being or provide feedback regarding the incident. I would have expected more appreciated more attention to this matter.
