It is located in a two-floor ugly old building, though not far from the city-centre. Getting inside was a quest. We arrived late at night and there was no clue on how to get in. If it weren't for another guest, whom we have accidentally met on the entrance, we would have to go search accomodation elsewhere. The keys were located on the electric box outside the entrance (which is very unsafe, as anyone could get in). The "hostel" is in fact an old apartment split into 4 rooms and two mini-capsules (not for the claustrophobic kind) with a shared bathroom, shower and kitchen. Overall condition and cleanliness was mediocre. The service was non-existent.
I clearly don't understand the 4.3 rating. Apart from being relatively cheap, there are no other advantages.
