Very pleasant stay, only slight issue was that reception closed before I arrived and opened again in the morning after I left, so settling the bill was a bit more complex than it needed to be.

Frühstücksbuffet war eine sehr geringe Auswahl. Man musste für ein Spiegelei extra bezahlen. Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Balkon in einem desolaten Zustand. Rezeption nicht mal bis 20 00 Uhr besetzt.

Le coronavirus a perturbé un peu le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, sinon c'était un sans-faute. Il faut savoir faire la part des responsabilités. Globalement satisfaits.

Mooi hotel, maar is het net niet
Het hotel en de kamers zien er mooi en luxe uit. Schoonmaak is prima, alles is netjes verzorgd. Ontbijt is goed, ondanks dat er vanwege corona geen buffet was. Meeste personeel is aardig en behulpzaam, vooral het meisje van het ontbijt en de jongen ‘s avonds in de bar. Maar wat ons betreft zijn er wel wat verbeterpunten: Bij aankomst was de receptioniste niet vriendelijk. Wij hadden moeten doorgeven hoe laat we aankwamen ivm corona (waren we vergeten, foutje). Ze hadden ons proberen te bellen maar het nummer klopte niet. Bleek dat ze niet in de gaten hadden dat het om een NL nummer ging. Prima dat ze daar wat van zegt, maar dat kan ook vriendelijk. Ze gaf ook verkeerde informatie over de mogelijkheid om in Freudenstadt te gaan eten. Wij hadden gevraagd om een kamer met balkon, kregen kamer zonder. Bij navraag werd ons door dezelfde receptioniste kortaf meegedeeld dat alle kamers bezet waren. Maar het hotel was bijna leeg? Er werd later ook niet meer op teruggekomen. Er is geen goede verlichting op de kamer, alleen 2 bedlampjes en een schemerlamp De douche is mooi en netjes maar ook erg glad Er is geen koelkastje op de kamer Er zijn geen mogelijkheden om zelf koffie of thee te maken op de kamer of te verkrijgen in het hotel Op zondag en maandag is het restaurant en ook de bar ‘s avonds dicht. Je kunt dus geen drankje meer doen. Er is wel een terras, maar dat was steeds dicht toen wij er waren. Op zondag en maandag kun je ‘s middags ook niks te eten of drinken krijgen in
