The staff were helpful and friendly, especially housekeeping, who checked if I needed anything when I ran into them in the hallway a few times, even though I didn’t require a full room cleaning. Two main concerns were the shower, which had a slight mildew smell, and the soundproofing. During my 11-day stay, there were two separate nights when I could hear other guests laughing and talking loudly or having mini parties in their rooms late past midnight.
