The worst experience possible.
The worst service I have ever received at a hotel in my life.On arrival they kept me waiting in reception for 25 minutes without explanation.The room they tried to put me in was about 6 sq. m. whereas the room I had booked was 40 sq. m.
When I checked my emails later I found they had sent me an email that my morning saying the booking had been cancelled because the electricity was not working.The booking had been made through Expedia- it had been confirmed and paid for.They had obviously lied hoping I would not show and they would pocket the money for nothing.The booking came with breakfast included- it was cheap,nasty and inadequate.
