Noel Suites
Was met by person to give me key--she was awesome! The room itself was clean, just couldn't figure out how to turn off the noise (vent? fan?). It had a very faint smell that someone used to smoke in that room--that was covered up by a very strong cleaning scent. Another place for bathroom "things" such as cup, toothbrush, etc would have been nice. I enjoyed my stay there and would go back again. Thanks!

Cant wait to come back
The room was perfect for my girlfriend and I and the views were incredible. Located right in the heart of Toronto we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit and were able to come back to a perfectly quaint room.

Condo in the heart of downtown
My stay at Noel was memorable. I was asked to send my flight info via email and provide a time to meet with a representative. I also was asked to send a deposit through PayPal for incidentals two days before arriving. On the day of the trip, my flight was delayed. Needed to tell Noel staff that I'd be late and that they could meet me at the predetermined location later in the day. She advised of what she was wearing and I easily identified her. She explained the checkout process, the accessibility to the gym/pool, the entrance for short term visitors, and how to use the key fob. After she directed me to the entrance, she sent a text with the wifi information. The room was small but lovely. Clean, nice layout and an incredible view. The iron was not functioning properly and I sent a message to Noel Suites, but they did not follow up with me before leaving. I was meters away from the arena and many restaurants. It definitely was an overall good experience. I waited a few days after checkout for my deposit to be returned. With the exception of the faulty iron, the location makes it a winner.
