This place was an exceptional hotel. Everything from the beginning to the end of our stay was spectacular. The rooms were so beautiful and The inside and outside pool were both wonderful. Great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel pampered .

The front desk clerk that checked me, who also communicated details about my stay with me, asked for my credit card as one normally would. After I give it to her, my daughter sits down and began asking random questions about the hotel. The desk clerk answers her questions. But she completely ignores me as if I’m not standing there and solely directs all attention to my daughter as if she is the one checking in. She then hands my daughter my credit card, drivers license and my room key as if it was who she received it from. I never moved from where I was at from start to finish. My daughter was just as confused as I was. The clerk looked as my daughter handed me my credit card, ID & room key. She never apologized, or seemed to have been confused. It was very disrespectful and deliberately done for no apparent reason. It was a awful start of my first time stay. It took me out of the good mood I was in because I had no idea why she would be interested in being so rude to me. Other than that the hotel is very nice and the rest of the staff is very attentive. I would stay again but I would never want to deal with that same receptionist again, ever. She makes them look bad. I thought my stay was gonna be awful with the rest of the staff because of one bad seed but it wasn’t.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Beautifully renovated and the indoor pool looked better than the old photos.

Hotel's staff could be better informed about hours of services provided by the hotel. There is no late room service and restaurants are closed early... 😔
