Our Tokyo stay
We are so glad we stayed at the Centurion Classic Hotel in the vibrant Akasaka area of Tokyo. There were lots of restaurants and shops nearby and was very lively at night. This area is near the Japanese Diet (Congress) and the imperial Palace. With the nearby metro, we easily visited many places in Tokyo.
Our room was huge. It’s the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It could sleep eight (we were four). It had two king size beds and a bunk bed area with four twin size beds.
The room had two massage chairs and a body refresher the looked like a scale but it sends a jet of of cool air to cool off your body. All lighting could be controlled using a panel by the bed. The entire back wall of frosted glass could be lit up or dimmed.
Other amenities include a safe, microwave, fridge, very nice tub/shower area, combination toilet/bidet, and a single machine that does both washing and drying of clothes. I love the Japanese tech. I’d like to see American hotels incorporate these features.
We really enjoyed our time here.
