Excellent safety measures during pandemic
Our second stay at this hotel and once again it didn’t disappoint. Hotels have only just opened after being closed due to Corona virus and the precautions taken by this hotel were excellent. Our temperature was checked whenever we entered the hotel, there are lots of hand sanitizer stations all over the hotel and everything in the room was sanitizer or protected. We felt very safe. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! We will look forward to our next stay.

This hotel is value for money. Nothing unique or special about it but it is clean, in a good location and well taken care of. It could do better in being friendly to guests. No one is rude but there isn’t any extra care to be friendly either. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay

This property is a safe place to stay. The staff are polite. The breakfast is delicious. The room is spacious. They should label on each item of Their breakfast. I couldn’t recognise all of the materials as long as there wasn’t any label on some of them. For example sour cherry juice, apple juice, etc... I enjoyed in total.

Overall good hotel. I think it’s culture in Turkey, but sometimes staff wasn’t trying to provide the best service they could. I saw some annoyed faces and coming from America, it’s considered a bad customer service. Also, last day, I came down to get the free breakfast at 10:05 and food was still there, but waiter told me that breakfast is finished and they stop serving at 10am, again I felt that they could let this slide away, but staff preferred not to do extra work.
