Chembur Royal Orchid Hotel experience
We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and attentive to our requests. The only real issue is each room allows only two devices for internet connection, thus for two people with their phones cannot add a laptop and the internet is on the slower side. The hotel is near to main shopping areas and has an elevator. Thus all in all was a good stay at the hotel.

Nice hotel for a short quick stay
Nice hotel for a quick stay. Convenient location. Bathroom could be better as the drains seem to be clogging and need to be cleared. Hair Dryer must be installed as part of every room. Hotel is short of hair dryers. Service is good.

Nice hotel for short stay
Convenient hotel in a good location close to shopping and center. Stay was comfortable. Had little hiccup on check in as no rooms were available on early check in. Had to wait, but the manager was nice to get me upgraded although at a steep cost which was a bit of set back. Otherwise, overall service is good. The hotel bathroom drains need to be cleared as they clog and water fills up in the bath area. They seem to be short of hair dryers. Travelers will find it convenient if they stock each room with a hair dryer. For the cost, I think fitting a hair dryer in the room should be reasonable expectation.
