Loved every bit of my stay! Incredibly clean and new facility. Gorgeous Mountain View’s over looking the pool and hot tub. Perfect location with restaurants nearby. My bed was just a tad too firm, though everything else was just perfect. Most importantly, the staff was amazing! I’ve never seen such a happy, friendly staff and so willing to meet their customers needs. This is definitely a winner! I was at a more expensive hotel the first night and it was nowhere near as nice as this one. The prices here are by far the best deal in town! This hotel is a true gem :)

Nice hotel, housekeeping needs help.
Hotel is very nice, great location that was quiet but close to things, felt like a safe area. Hotel, lobby, room all were in excelllent condition. Our problem was with the housekeeping. Was told at check-in that they cleaned the rooms every other day. After day 3 of no cleaning my wife went and asked the front desk and was told due to covid the rooms were only cleaned when requested. Then the front desk only wanted to hand her fresh towels until my wife insisted the room needed cleaning. When the hotel did clean the room it was only half done. They changed the sheets on our bed and emptied the main trash can, but didnt touch the kids room bunkbed at all, didnt empty the full trash can in the bathroom, and just left a stack of towels setting on the bathroom sink instead of putting away properly.

Just spent a night while visiting someone in Colo Springs. Did not have breakfast but everything else about the HOtel was excellent. It is newly renovated, very clean & very pleasant. Location for our needs was perfect. Front desk person was wonderful, was able to get us into a room early and just could not have been nicer. Will return to this Hotel in future

Nice clean property
One night stay was nice, front desk staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, and had all the comforts necessary for a good nights sleep. Covid safe for breakfast, masked and gloved attendant, and front desk served coffee.
