    Amazing adventure

My first time at harpers ferry. I pick the perfect spot to stay; in the ‘old town’, in walking distance to everything. Plenty of good (convenient) restaurants and an excellent staff at the hotel. Will gladly return one day……soon!

Charming, historic inn in the heart of Harpers Ferry. Room was comfortable with a private bath. The inn is centrally located and in walking distance to everything. It has a rustic elegance and takes you back to a time when life was simplistic and without distractions. The staff and other travelers were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we return to Harpers Ferry! Thank you!

One of a kind stays in a charming town. Parking can be difficult if the town is busy. The home is an 1820 home and beautifully maintained. We loved the refuge from TV. The place has plenty of games to play with your family. There was a keurig and refrigerator in the 1820 suite, but if needed above you on the 2nd floor is an incredible little store/cafe. The people are genuine and generous with advice about the area. We were so happy with this stay.

Quaint location and site. Bathrooms, while private, are not en suite. Noise from nearby train line can be overwhelming.

    Quaint but comfortable

This hotel fits the town design as a Civil War era location. The shared bathroom was workable and the bed was comfortable..

The only thing we liked about this property was the location and were very excited about staying right in historic Harpers Ferry. The inn and our room was a total disappointment. Our room had rot and water damage in the ceiling, the window, and the walls which they had attempted to cover with paint but had you tried I'm sure you could have pushed your fingers through the walls with no problem. I'm sure there was mold in the room, so disgusting. There was a strong smell in the room when we came in. There was no tv and no a/c. You have to walk down the hall and unlock the bathroom with a key, it is not en suite. We realize contactless is normal these days, but we never saw any staff the entire time we were there. Just very unhappy with the room and our stay. Without being too harsh, I would not recommend the The Town's Inn.

This property is so vintage. You can feel the ghosts of the past with all the original staircases/windows. Location for hikers;perfect! Wonderful owner and staff. Lots of steep stair climbing here
