Quiet, clean, friendly stuff, good location. We selected the superior double room at this property based on the picture we saw on the web site and the reviews, however the picture is not an accurate reflection of how the actually room looks like. Is more modest.

It wasn't a typical hotel, it's a guest house with a 4 floor walk up. I had a heavy suitcase and wasn't really expecting that. The room was clean and cute, again, there are 3 sets of keys involved and you're in a space that's more of a house with apartments. It was cute and clean and the owners were so nice and helpful. There isn't a door person and late at night you need your phone flash light to navigate to the rooms. Overall it was in a very walkable area, it was safe and I sent well. They give you vouchers for a croissant and drink at a neighboring gelato place with a beautiful garden.

Great location, room, and hosts!
The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating! Check-in was great...they let us check-in early which was fantastic. They also gave us a map and explained where the main tourist attractions were and had great food suggestions. The location was really convenient and within walking distance to tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Florence is amazing. Where our hotel was, was perfect for walking around to see the sights without being in the middle of all the tourists. The staff gave us some recommendations for dining that were literally around the corner and were great. The room was clean, cozy and quiet. Would definitely stay again
