Not bad!
The guys on the check in were very pleasant and helpful, the hallways and rooms were very clean and tidy, the bathroom was pretty good, the room equipment was good but, the room did smell quite strongly of cigarette smoke and although it may sound a bit petty, the tap in the kitchen sink, next to my husbands side of the bed! did drip and drove him dotty over night!? The location was very good with everything you need within walking distance.

Tiny room
I was mis-sold the room, I was given a smaller than the one in the picture. They misrepresented what I was buying

Room very small and cramped and is overpriced for what it is not! No bedside lamp so one has to get out of bed and go in the dark to the front door to switch the light on! Bathroom not cleaned every day. At £176 a night the bathroom at least should have been cleaned every day. In Addition only one toilet roll was provided! What happens when u run out And no one at front desk!

Sadly inadequate cubby hole of a room, not as expected. Furnishing and equipment good but within an unattractive cramped space. Non-functioning toilet flush on arrival promptly fixed by maintenance man onsite. OK for a one night stopover at a moderate price.

The front desk did not resolve a problem with the bathroom

The hot water system was not working. We had no shower. On checking out, I suggested we get a refund of part of the price, to compensate for this. I have waited a week, and nothing has been refunded. Not good enough.

Great wee stay
Staff friendly room perfect for my requirements was no sink as advertised though and fire alarm 630am no doubt someone smoking otherwise fine. Wee bit small 😊

Nice stay at the Dome.
Very clean accomodation in a quiet street. On arrival we were advised that our room was on the fourth floor and we hadn't known that there was no lift. On seeing our dismay because my wife has mobility issues, Arnold on reception upgraded us to the ground floor even though the hotel was fully booked. This made all the difference to us. The bed was really comfy, small kitchenette and good TV.Bathroom was small and couldn't get hot water in the shower in the morning but that didn't detract from our satisfaction of our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent value for money . Lovely area . Altho could do with air con ! However I have now stayed here 6 times in the last few weeks for business, to have so much room and new finishes in central London for this price is amazing .

Poor 2.0
This is the worst hotel I have every stayed in relative to the price. It is not so much a hotel as a number of apartments that some miserable MF is trying to ring every last cent out of. There is no air con., no BBC let alone pay TV, no room at all in the bedroom and nowhere to comfortably sit down. It is supposed to be a serviced apartment but most of the basic cooking utensils are missing. The Nescafe sachets really are the final straw. The staff were generally lovely in difficult circumstances but there is one young fellow there who is a totally dickhead. I should think that he models himself on the owners.
