This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on the prestigious La Sella Golf resort is a perfect home from home. It sits in a very large private plot so has lots of garden around the villa. We are confident any guest would love this villa. The villa can also be rented out of peak time as a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, the 4th bedroom (with own access) will be locked and not used when rented as a 3 bedroom only.
The villa is stylish and comfortable, well maintained with all modern conveniences. It is light and airy and a truly lovely villa.
On entering the villa there are 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Open plan lounge / diner and kitchen on the one level. There are patio doors leading to a covered terrace and the pool area.
The lounge / diner is light spacious and stylishly, but comfortably furnished. There is a flat screen TV, with UK channels and dvd player. The villa benefits from the all important free wifi too. The stylish dining table seats 6 and has patio doors leading to a further terrace with the beautiful view beyond.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, full fridge freezer and dishwasher. It is modern and light with plenty of work surface. It is fully equipped with everything you could need for an excellent holiday.
The master bedroom overlooking the rear of the property is spacious with a 6 foot wide (super king size) bed, lots of storage space. There are patio doors leading to a terrace again with fabulous view. The bedroom also benefits from air con. There is an en-suite shower room, which is spacious and modern with double vanity unit and wc.
Next to the master is a further bedroom over looking the front of the villa and again as a 6 foot wide super king size, ample storage and air con.
Along the hall is a further twin bedroom again with air con and a view of the rear of the property.
Across the hall is a modern family shower room, with vanity unit and wc.
Leaving the villa by the patio doors from the lounge will take you to the covered terrace and pool area. Here you will find a beautiful 8m x 4m pool with roman steps. The pool can be lit at night so you can admire it while dining al fresco style.
The pool is surrounded by lots of terrace for the all important sun loungers (8 provided). The villa is in an elevated position so the views from the terrace of the Montgo national park are beautiful and then the Mediterranean sea beyond.
Around the pool area you will find several seating areas to enjoy. For those wishing to read in the shade there is a table and chairs under the covered terrace. There is al fresco dining beside the beautiful purpose build Spanish kitchen and BBQ. This really is a lovely area to dine.
There is a private outside shower, storage and a concrete table and benches for dining too, so lots of areas to enjoy this wonderful terrace and view.
Taking steps from the pool area this leads to a further suite. Here you will find a large stylish bedroom complete with lots of storage, again super king
size bed, air conditioning, patio doors leading to the small terrace. There is a spacious and modern en suite with bathroom c/w bath, shower cubicle, sink and wc.
Between the bathroom and spacious bedroom there is a small kitchen area with table & chairs with sink, fridge and microwave. A perfect kitchen for preparing breakfast as it has a kettle, toaster etc.
This suite is the perfect space for grand parents / auntie & uncle who enjoy a holiday with the family and children but also enjoy a little of their own space too, in which to unwind and relax.

Our cleaning schedule is second to none. It is very important to us that our guests arrive at their holiday villa and are not only happy with the location and quality of the villa, but also we want our guests to be completely satisfied with the cleanliness of our villas.
We allocate a change over period of 6 hours to enable our staff to ensure the villa is prepared to the best standard. Some larger villas have 2 or even 3 staff working on the villa for guests arrival.
We use industrial and branded products. We have colour coded cleaning clothes to ensure germs are not passed from one place to another.
Our linen is all professionally laundered (at a laundrette) and therefore washed at a high temperature, dried and rolled (ironed) so it is not only perfectly clean but crisp and smells fresh. The linen is always of excellent quality too.
Each member of staff has a check list with which to follow so we can be confident that the villa and terraces are prepared to the highest standard.
Our pools are cleaned on a weekly basis and a further chemical check is carried out a few days later to ensure the pool is perfectly safe to use.
We have many repeat guests who holiday with us year after year. They fall in love with this beautiful area and they return to one of our villas, as they understand that the villa will be perfectly clean and beautifully presented for them.
We have heard lots of horror stories of guests staying in other villas having arrived only to have to shop immediately for cleaning products to clean the villa before they can start their holiday. Old linen simply washed and not ironed. This is not how we work.
We have never, in 17 years of renting and preparing villas for holidays had any complaints about the quality of the villas, the cleanliness, the pool or the service we offer.
Finally, we offer this service at no extra cost to our guests, the costs are deducted from the rental amount before being paid to the owner. If your stay is for 2 weeks or more we also offer a change of linen at the end of each week again at no extra cost.
