Comfortable stay
My fiancé and I did a return stay with The Melbourne Hotel. We had wonderful staff who assisted us with our luggage-keeping and a change of rooms. Special shout-out to Des, Chloe and Sabin for being so warm and helpful! However, after we returned from down South and needed extra assistance during our second stay there, the other staff did not go the same length as the previous ones. We were expecting more for our late check out request. Nonetheless, it was a comfortable stay that we would recommend to other travellers.

We stayed in the courtyard suite the room was clean and comfortable. Location was good would stay here again. The Grand Orient restaurant located downstairs was convenient as was the cafe and hotel bar

Premium room was small compared to Hyatt or westin, but obviously cheaper. Dry cleaning service recommend guests use the shop opposite lovely people and couldn’t be more helpful with delivery back to hotel.
